There's a lot of back and forth about how design fits into the B2B world. Just like the everyday consumer, key decision-makers also need assurance and trust, but in my opinion, the design needs to speak to them as humans first. The very first touchpoint may be an ad or a social post, then maybe a landing page to an email newsletter someone clicked on from their phone waiting for coffee before work. Not all browsing for work; is done from work. We still need thoughtful designs, we still need eye-catching designs, we still need to offer clarity, and we still need the effort of consistency. A brand cannot successfully deliver a cohesive and meaningful message without it.
