Belgravia Leisure operates over 240 venues across Australia and New Zealand, including 43 holiday parks, 197 health and wellbeing centres, and 9 golf courses, each with its own unique offerings, programs, and membership types. When the host platform for all these websites announced its discontinuation, I led the design strategy to migrate every single site across to WordPress.

I created a flexible wireframe system tailored to each business unit (Holiday Parks, Health & Wellbeing, and Golf), enabling a scalable rollout across the network. The greatest challenge was designing a "one size fits all" structure that could adapt to vastly different services, from campground bookings to aquatic centre timetables, all while still allowing for local tailor and customisation.

This project also gave me the opportunity to significantly improve the accessibility and user experience of the sites, which had previously been overlooked in a dated MVC framework. I embedded best practices for usability, responsiveness, and inclusive design, ensuring the new framework was not only efficient but much more user-friendly.
