I designed a cohesive suite of email templates for a restaurant to ensure every customer touchpoint was seamless, consistent, and on-brand. Built within Microsoft Dynamics, (a notoriously restrictive and unintuitive platform) I navigated its limitations to deliver flexible, visually engaging templates.

Much of the artwork such as the eDM banners and footer motifs were created outside of the email platform to achieve a higher design standard. I did this while carefully managing image thresholds to avoid triggering spam filters or junk folder issues. Each template was also optimised for mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance, with particular attention to how content would display in dark mode across a variety of devices.

This project combined creative direction, technical problem-solving, and platform-specific knowledge to deliver a robust, scalable email system that elevated the brand’s digital presence.
